在适当时候喝水~


在适当时候喝水,可以有效促进健康,妈妈们应该让孩子培养适当时候喝水的习惯。

Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its effectiveness on the body:

(一) 起床后,最好喝2杯共300cc的温水。
(1) 1 glasses of water after waking up - It will
⋯⋯helps activate internal organs.

(二) 进餐前三十分钟,喝一杯净水~帮助消化。
(2) 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal -It Will
helps digestion.

(三) 洗澡前,喝一杯净水~ 有助于减低血压。
(3) 1 glass of water before taking a bath - It will
helps lower blood pressure.

(四) 临睡前,喝小杯温水,有助于预防中风或心脏病突发。。
(4) 1 glass of water before going to bed - Its Can
